FUTURE EVENTS

Right now, we're hunkering down and waiting until we can open our doors again. Until then, we've started to announce online education and enrichment programs. We will continue to announce more online programs on a rolling basis.

At some point in the future we will return to what is the core of our programming, the live productions that our audience has come to love. We have a great lineup of shows ahead, and we are committed that 'the show must go on.'

With the uncertainty of when the show can go on, our plan is for each production to have a 'makeup date' approximately one year after it was originally scheduled.

For our concerts and other special events, we hope to work with all artists to reschedule for future dates as soon as we have confirmation that it will be permitted and safe to do so.

TICKET POLICIES

Our ticket policy is - and will continue to be - that no refunds or exchanges will be offered unless an event is canceled.

We're pushing the limits of our resources to be sure that our patrons have the best, safest experience possible. As part of this initiative, due to the pandemic we have made the following ticket policy changes:

  • Performances are subject to postponement related to the pandemic for a variety of reasons, including government regulation and travel restrictions. Algonquin Arts Theatre reserves the right to postpone for any reason, including the safety of our performers and the ability to operate at full capacity.
  • If your performance is postponed due to the pandemic, we will offer free ticket exchange up to 72 hours before the new date of that event. No exchanges can be made after the event.
  • In addition to exchanges, patrons can request Algonquin credit for their ticket to an event that was postponed. This credit is tied to each patron's personal account and can be used for any future Algonquin event or educational program.
  • We ask patrons not feeling well or exhibiting cold/flu symptoms to stay at home. If you need to miss a performance due to illness, please contact our Box Office prior to your scheduled performance at 732-528-9211 or [email protected]
