The Algonquin ARTS Theatre Guild
meets monthly to discuss, inform and
plan fundraising events as well as
all other theatre related
activities.
The Theatre Guild is open to
anyone who truly enjoys live theatre and who wishes to help the
Algonquin Arts Theatre.
Responsibilities of the
Algonquin
Arts Theatre Guild Include:
- Fundraising - Plan special events and other initiatives to provide financial support for the Algonquin. Includes the Annual Gala, playbill ad sales, house parties and soliciting event/production sponsorships.
- Theatre Receptions - Coordinate pre- and post-theatre receptions
(i.e. cocktail parties, opening night parties, etc.)
- Group Sales - Contact senior villages and clubs and organizations in order to arrange group trips to the theatre.
